Summer Performances from Surtaal

I am writing to offer your discerning listeners and new audiences a fine array of South Asian music and dance. Whether it be Bangladeshi and classical Indian melodies, traditional folk tunes or Bollywood, we are certain that we can bring something special to you this summer.

We have a distinguished group of musicians including Ustad Shahadat Hossain Khan, the esteemed Sarod virtuoso who has been able to schedule a trip to the UK into his performance programme this year. Surtaal also presents a renowned Tabla master and exquisite singers and dancers. We also offer a range of music workshops including; practical demonstrations and talks about Indian rags, rhythm and history. We can be very flexible to suit your venue and can discuss a variety of combinations to meet your needs and budgets.
